Pavani belongs to a Hindu family. Her father is a businessperson. She has a younger sister whose name is Roshini Reddy. She completed her school education in her hometown. In the same year, she acted in the Tamil film In Avane where she played the role of Kamini. She also appeared in the Tamil movie 465. She got the opportunity to act in Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva. In the movie, she played the role of Abirami.
In 2018 she again appeared in the Telugu movie Premaku Raincheck (Role-Riti). She again moved back to Tamil with the movie July Kaatril. In 2021 she acted in Senapathi. Malli Modalaindi (2022), Family Matters (2022) are her upcoming movies.
