Anchal was born on 5th April 1992 in Chandigarh, Delhi. She belongs to a Sikh family. Her nationality is Indian. She was brought up by her mother in her hometown Chandigarh.
Her mother is a lecturer and her father is a former Indian Air force officer. The whole family keeps faith in spirituality. They believe in the power of meditation.
In such a family background she got a great scope to make herself mentally strong and spiritually sound.
She completed her school education from Air Force Golden Jubilee. Thereafter, she did honors in Political Science from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. She has also achieved fame for reading Tarot Cards.

So she shifted to Mumbai and settled there. She acted in over 300 national and international commercials. The brands are Asian Paints, Dabur Fem Bleach, Ponds, Garnier, Vivel, Hyundai, etc.
Her glorious face appeared in the Femina’s cover page. She started her filmy career with the Sri Lankan movie Sri Siddhartha Gautama in 2013 where she was seen playing the role of Princess Yashodhara.
The film got a good response and created history at the Sri Lankan Box office. The film was dubbed in many other languages like Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, and Hindi. The Sri Lankan movie was released in over 20 countries.
After its success, she tried her luck in the Tamil film industry. She acted in the Tamil film Dhilluku Dhuddu. It was directed by Rambala. Besides appearing in movies, she kept on working in commercials.
