Voltas Q4 net profit dips 19 per cent, declares dividend of Rs 5.50 per share

Mumbai : Tata Team AC manufacturer Voltas Ltd on Tuesday claimed a 19 for each cent decline in consolidated internet revenue, at Rs 116 crore, for the January-March quarter of 2023-24, when compared to Rs 144 crore in the similar period of the preceding year.

The Mumbai-primarily based company’s consolidated revenue from functions rose 42 per cent to Rs 4,203 crore in Q4FY24, as when compared to Rs 2,957 crore in Q4FY23.

“The administrators have advised dividend of Rs 5.50 per share on deal with benefit of Re 1 for each share (550 for each cent) for the 12 months 2023-24 which shall be paid/despatched on or immediately after fifth working day from conclusion of ensuing 70th Yearly Basic Meeting, matter to acceptance of shareholders of the business,” Voltas explained in a BSE submitting.

The business mentioned its consolidated whole earnings for the year finished March 31, 2024, was better by 32 for each cent at Rs.12,734 crore as in comparison to Rs.9,667 crore final year. The web financial gain was 82 for every cent larger at Rs 248 crore as when compared to Rs 136 crore final year.
