The judgment pertains to the specific provisions for Intercontinental Personnel outlined in Paragraph 83 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Plan, 1952 and Paragraph 43A of the Employees’ Pension Plan, 1995, which had been considered to be inconsistent with Post 14 of the Structure.
