She was born on 11 July 1995 in London, England. She is now about 27 years old. Her father is Rowan Atkinson who is well known to the whole world as “Mr. Bean”.
On the other hand, her mother Sunetra Sastry is a British cosmetics expert and makeup artist. Lily with her parents came to her countryside home in Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Eric Atkinson and Ella May Brainbridge were her grandparents.
Due to some unknown reason, her parents got separated in 2015. After the divorce, her father married another woman. As a result, she renounced her parental surname and renamed herself, Lily Sastry. She has an elder brother named Benjamin Atkinson who has been serving the British Armed Forces since 2016.
Although Lily belonged to a Christian family, she has mixed ethnicity i.e Indian and British (Hindu and Christian). She did her early schooling in a private All-Girls school. Since childhood, she was good at singing and acting. She started to learn these from the age of 5. There is no more information available about her higher studies.
