Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers was born on October 1, 1989, in Sacramento, California, United States. She is now about 33 years old. Her parents Sylvian Desaulniers and Heather Desaulniers were homeopathic Chiropractors.
They ran a clinic in their hometown. Brie has an elder sister named Milena. Brie, in her early childhood, was mostly homeschooled and this, according to he, allowed exploring innovative and abstract experiences. Larson in her childhood spoke French as her first language. Although she was shy and reserved in her childhood, she shared a close bond with her mother.
When she turned 6, she expressed her desire to become an actress. At the age of 8, she auditioned for a training program at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and got selected and became the youngest student in the academy.
Meanwhile, her parents got separated and a young Larson faced the trauma of separation. After the separation from her father, her mother Heather shifted to Los Angeles, California with her two daughters. She wanted that Brie should fulfill her acting ambition.

She won the Academy Award for best actress in 2017 for her outstanding performance in the Science – fantasy movie Kong: Skull Island. In 2019 she became a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe by appearing as Captain Marvel and later showed up in Avengers End Game.
She has also co-written and co-directed two short films and debuted as a director with the independent comedy-drama film Unicorn Store (2017). She won a Primetime Emmy Award for producing the virtual reality series Messy Truth VR Experience in 2020.
