New Delh: Hydro-electrical power huge NHPC Ltd has gained the bid to build a 200 MW ability photo voltaic energy venture in the Renewable Electrical power Park of Gujarat Condition Electrical power Company Ltd at Khavda in Kachchh district of Gujarat, the Ministry of Power mentioned on Friday.
NHPC will acquire the project on a build-own-and-operate foundation at a tentative growth price tag of Rs 847 crore.
The task, for which the tariff has been preset at Rs 2.66 for each unit, will be completed in 18 months.
It will generate about 473 million models of electric power in the initial year of commissioning and the cumulative power generation from the task over a period of time of 25 yrs would be about 10,850 million units.
The e-reverse auction for the challenge was performed by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited on March 2, and the Letter of Intent was issued on March 14.
